We are the first manufacturer in Europe to deliver POLYFLURON® - PTFE-lined pipework and PFA-lined moulded parts. Our products have been reliably in long-term operation worldwide.

Available Components:
All components of our DIN and ANSI product line are available with diameters from 1" to 24". For information on higher diameters, please refer to columns and reactors.

Our Components are manufactured according to DIN, ANSI or JIS standard:

  • Lined straight pipes with fixed or rotating flanges
  • Lined elbows as standard with 30°, 45°, 60° and 90°. Special elbows are available
  • Lined equal tee´s and reducing tee´s
  • Lined instrument tee´s
  • Lined concentric and excentric reducers
  • Lined blind flanges
  • Lined reducing flanges
  • Lined spacers
Range of Application:
Temperature:    -20°F to 395°F (ANSI-standard)
                           14°F to 395°F (DIN-standard),
                       

Pressure:

  • ANSI product line: All nominal diameters 6"
  • DIN product line: Up to nominal diameter of 6", PN10/16 greater than nominal diameter 6", PN10
Please contact us for further pressure and temperature applications.

All components of a nominal diameter up to 4" with PTFE standard wall thickness and operating temperature of up to 302°F can be used for full vacuum. Solutions for full vacuum operation with larger diameters are available, please contact us.

Materials:

  • Pipes and fittings: carbon steel: A106 Gr. B, P235TR2 (St37.0), P235GH (St35.81), P265GH (HII/A515 Gr.60), GP240GH (GS-C 25N),  according to EN10216-1+2, EN10028 i.e. EN10213-2
  • Flanges:   carbon steel: A105, S235JRG2 (RSt37-2) according to EN10025, C22 according to EN10083-1
  • POLYFLURON® – PTFE Wall Thickness:
  • Economy:     80 – 180 mils
  • Standard:     118 – 236 mils
  • Heavy Duty: 157 – 310 mils

Options:

  • All components are also available with anti-static (conductive) lining
